I’m Jason Tyner, a licensed insurance agent (individual NPN 17653554), and I run this site and my ads. This page explains what happens to information you give me, wherever you give it.

Where your information comes from

This site’s email form. What you enter (your name if you give it, your email, your state, your question, your phone number if you give it, the optional answers, and your list from the check if you choose to include it) is stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and emailed to me so I can read it and reply. The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or a link, the campaign tag on that link. Campaign tags name the channel, never the person.

A form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad. If you fill out one of my forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes what you entered (such as your name, email, phone, state and your answers) to me. Meta’s own privacy policy covers what Meta does with it.

The booking page. If you pick a time for a call, your name, email, phone and any note you add are stored with the booking.

Information from the ad forms and the booking page is kept in AgentAi, the customer-relationship and messaging service I use to keep track of requests, appointments and conversations.

The one-question quiz and the 60-second check on this site run in your browser. Your taps are not sent anywhere unless you tick the box to include your list in a request. If you send the email form, your name, email and phone are kept in your browser for that visit only, so the “Pick a time” link can fill them in for you.

Calls and texts

I call or text only if you gave a phone number and agreed to be contacted. Texts come from (706) 786-9202. Some are automated, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, and some replies come from an AI assistant that works for me and can answer scheduling questions and book a time. It will tell you it’s an assistant if you ask. I make the calls myself.

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. You can also withdraw permission at any time by emailing service@askjasontyner.com. Agreeing to calls or texts is never a condition of buying anything or of getting a reply.

What doesn’t happen

Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded. This site has no advertising pixel and no third-party analytics. Netlify, as the host, processes technical visit information (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and keep it secure. The booking page and Meta’s ad forms may use Meta’s measurement tools to report which ads led to requests, so I can tell which ads are useful.

No application, quote or policy review happens on this site, in the ad forms or on the booking page. Applications happen separately, in an insurance company’s own secure system, and only if you choose to apply.
